Antique pitch pine newel post.   This solid pine post has been stripped and sanded.  Wood filler added to a few rough spots.    This is a solid post in pitch pine.   I don’t see them often.  I bought this one in south.   You will need to color the filler to match you finish or paint.  Approximate measurements:  62 1/2”tall x 8 1/2”x 81/2”base
